Microwave Chocolate Cake


Ingredients

130g flour

20g chocolate powder

2 tsp baking powder

150g butter

150g eggs (around 3 medium)

150g sugar







Method

Sieve flour, chocolate powder with baking powder 3 times and leave aside till needed.

Beat butter and sugar together add one egg at a time and beat well, lastly fold in the flour mix, do so lightly and quickly and put into Pyrex dish or microwave silicon bowl and cook on high for 9 minutes. After the cake is cooked put a paper towel on top and leave inside microwave to keep warm for 10 minutes. Turn upside down to cool on a cooling rack.



For frosting: cream together 3oz butter and 5 oz icing sugar. Add cocoa powder if you need to make it chocolate icing. See my chocolate butter cream icing recipe.
