Microwave Watalappam (Jaggery Dessert)

Ingredients

5 eggs

250 grams Jaggery

1/2 cup thick coconut milk

1 tablespoon sugar

1 tsp Cardamom powder

if you like you could sprinkle a little

nutmeg too.


Method

In a large bowl add all the ingredients and mix to combine. I first grated the Jaggery and dissolved in Coconut Milk then added the eggs and combined with whisk. Strain the mixture and pour it in microwave bowl and keep it in microwave and microwave for 7 minutes.


Added Kadju after taking it out to decorate.
