Ingredients
300g noodles
2 sausages
1 cup beef
1 breast of chicken
1 onion
4 cloves garlic
1 cup water
1 chicken soup cube
¼ cup soy sauce
3 ½ tbsp oyster sauce
2 cups cabbage
1 red pepper
a handful of green beans
1 carrot
1/2 green part of leek
1 tsp sesame oil
3 tbsp cooking oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Method
Peel the onion and slice it, then clean the garlic and chop into small pieces. Wash the vegetables and julienne the carrot and pepper. Cut the beans into slices. Cut the cabbage into cubes and the leeks into circles.
Take a big saucepan add some salt and water and bring to a boil. Then add the noodles and cook for around 3 minutes. Drain into a colander and hold under cool water tap on to it and keep to drain.
Boil the eggs and deshell and keep aside till needed. In a large pan add the oil and fry the onions and garlic till translucent. Then add in the diced meat, sliced chicken and sliced sausage and fry nicely.
Then add in Soya sauce, Oyster sauce and chicken stock cube, then add in the cup of water.
lower the heat on the fire and cover pan and let boil. Add salt and pepper to your taste.
Take another saucepan and add the sesame oil and fry the vegetables. Then add the boiled noodles onto the meat mix and add the fried vegetables and off the fire and keep till the liquid is absorbed.
NB: if you have shrimps you could clean around a handful and add these with the meats towards the end. If you like you could add the vegetables to blanch into the salt water of the noodles when you strain them, keep for a little while and strain the vegetables under a cold water tap. Then add to the noodles.
