Mixed Fried Noodles

Ingredients
Noodles
3 Eggs
1 Green onion leaf
1 stick leeks
50g carrot
50g onion
1 tin Indian corn
80g sausages
garlic ginger paste
a few basil leaves
oil
3 tsp light Soya sauce
1 tsp Oyster Sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Chicken bouillon powder
Method
Put instant noodles into salted boiling water and cook for 3 minutes and drain.

Grate the carrots, cut the onions, slice the Leeks.
Clean the ginger, slice and remove the skins from the Garlic. Grind garlic and ginger.
Take a wok add oil and put in the eggs and make hard scrambled eggs. Then add in the chopped green onion stalks. Boil the sausage and cut into pieces. Add in vegetables, and ginger/garlic and keep stir frying. Then add in the noodles, salt, soya sauce, oyster sauce chicken bouillon powder. Mix all together and you fried mixed noodles are ready.
NB: you could add vegetables like Bok choy if you have them at home.
