Mixed fried rice



Ingredients

Basmati Rice

Water

1 egg - beaten

1-2 cloves garlic crushed

Peppers 3 colours – chopped fine

Coriander leaves – chopped

A little oil

You can add corn and green peas if you like

Salt

Soya sauce


Method

Wash rice and cook like normal – Spread out and keep to cool. In a wok heat a little oil and put in the crushed garlic then add the three coloured peppers sauté till soft and add the beaten egg. Then add the cooked rice and mix. Add Salt and soya sauce to taste. Lastly add the chopped coriander leaves on top.
