My take on "Bites"

Ingredients

Fresh garlic heads

cashew nuts (Raw or roasted)

Curry leaves

Salt

Chili powder/Paprika

a little butter

olive oil







Method

Clean the garlic by separating the bulbs from the head, wash and keep them to drain.

Then wash the curry leaves and keep to drain.



Take a fry pan, put a little butter and olive oil and warm on high and add in the cashew nuts (raw is better) and fry till brown. Do not leave unattended as it will burn. Place on a paper towel. Then off the fire add a bit more butter and oil and add in the curry leaves till they splutter. Add onto the cashew nuts. Lastly add in a little butter and olive oil and fry the garlic bulbs on high heat till slightly golden and the skins are crisp. I added salt and a little bit of Paprika, if not no one will eat it if I added chili powder over here!!



Gives a nice aroma and even better taste!!
