No Cook Coconut Ice


Ingredients

397g tin condensed milk

325g icing sugar

325g desiccated coconut


Method

With a wooden spoon mix together the condensed milk, icing sugar and coconut in a bowl.


Take out half the mixture and push the mixture into a square tin greased and lined with clingfilm. Then grease again with your hands.


Add a few drops of red food colouring to the other half of the mix, mix till nice pink colour and push that mixture down on top of the white mix in the tin.


Cover and leave to set, preferably overnight and cut into squares.


NB: Could be packed individually as gifts.
