Nougat Gummies

Ingredients

280 g mini marshmallows

30 g butter

175 g white chocolate chips/grated

1 cup fruit gum drops dots or round jujups

Method

I used a slab of white chocolate. Since I used large marshmallows I cut them into smaller pieces. I also cut the gummies into pieces.

Line a pan with parchment paper.

In a saucepan melt butter and chocolate on low heat till completely smooth, I added mine in the microwave and melted in 20 second intervals then add marshmallows rtill melted. Stirring until glossy and thick. Fold in the cut gummies till evenly distributed. Do this quickly when folding to prevent the gumdrops of clumping together and sinking.

Pour mixture into the lined pan and press down and keep to set. Now cut into bite size squares. You can keep in fridge to set if you like.
