You need a bit of time for this preparation!!

Ingredients
1.5 cups orange juice
800g chicken legs
4 garlic cloves
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
5 tbsp Soya sauce
1 cup water
1 tbsp Ketchup
1 tbsp Mustard paste
1 tbsp Honey
Method
Wash and clean the chicken legs. Mince the garlic.
Add the orange juice into a pan and then add the chicken legs and bring to a boil. Cover the pan and cook for 15 minutes.
Stir and then add the minced garlic, paprika salt and pepper. Mix all together cover and cook for a further 5 minutes.
Stir till almost dry and add the soya sauce and mix well. Cover n cook for 5 minutes. Add water cover and cook for 5 minutes
Then add Ketchup, mustard and honey. And mix all together, simmer till gravy is thick and
Voila your Orange fried chicken is ready!!
If you like more gravy do not dry it up.
