Oven Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients
1 bunch thin asparagus spears, trimmed
3 tbsp olive oil
1 ½ tbsp Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic
¼ tsp sea salt
½ tsp ground black pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Method
Preheat oven to 220°C.
Trim the asparagus and remove the hard stalk part. Either use grated parmesan cheese or grate a block. Mince or crush the garlic.

Place asparagus into a mixing bowl and drizzle with olive oil and toss well to coat. Sprinkle with garlic and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper and arrange asparagus in a single layer on a baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven until slightly tender, around 12 to 15 minutes depending on thickness. Sprinkle with lemon juice just before serving.
