Oven Roasted Peppers

Ingredients

3 multicoloured bell peppers

3 tbsp Olive oil

Garlic powder

salt and pepper








Method

Wash and slice the peppers. Place into a bowl and add salt and pepper and sprinkle with garlic powder. Then toss in the Olive oil. Place in a Pyrex dish or oven proof dish.


Preheat grill to medium high and grill for around 5 minutes or till the peppers are covered with specks of black.
