Ingredients
1 large Zucchini
2 large bombay onions
2 green chilies
sprig of curry leaves
2 large ripe tomatoes
any left over vegetables
2 pips garlic
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp unroasted curry powder
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp paprika
salt to taste

Method
Wash all ingredients and chop the zucchini and then slice into rounds and cut into cubes, then cut the onions and chop the tomatoes, green chilies and mash the garlic. Add this all into a bowl and put in all the powders. Mix and keep aside.
in a pan heat the oil and then add the cumin seeds till they spit and then add all the ingredients and keep frying till cooked through. Add salt to taste.
