Parsley Sambal


Ingredients

2 bunches of Parsley

1 cup grated fresh coconut

1 small onion

1 green chili

lime juice

salt

pepper




Method

Wash the bunches of parsley and take off the stems. Take a food processor and add in the parsley, coconut, onion chopped, green chili sliced add lime juice, salt and pepper to taste.

Et voila you have your sambal ready in a jiffy!!

Lunch today was just parsley sambol and rice. Quick, easy and yummy!!
