Passion Fruit Dessert


Ingredients

I tin condensed milk

500 ml yogurt

1 tbsp gelatine

4 fresh passion fruits

passion fruit cordial or concentrate (a little)




Method

Beat the yogurt & add condensed milk well. Keep beating whilst dissolving the gelatine in the passion fruit syrup made from either the cordial or extra passion fruit seeds drained (Heated) Then mix into the beaten yogurt. Add a bit of lemon rind & pour into a flat bowl. Leave to set in refrigerator. When set arrange the scraped out fresh passion fruit on top.
