
Ingredients
1 cup peanuts/Cashew nuts
3/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp Veg. oil
a little lemon juice
Method
Put sugar and oil in pan and caramelise the sugar. Add the nuts and lemon and mix. Immediately pour onto oil paper flatten out and mark squares with a knife. When cool break into squares.
if you push the mixture together you can cut out nice squares. if not you can crush it and use for toppings.
NB: You could also use Cashew nuts or almonds instead of peanuts. Even Rice Krispies.
