Ingredients
1 tbsp olive or vegetable Oil
1 large green/red/yellow bell peppers cut into thin strips
2 lbs Beef steak cut into thin strips
Stir Fry Sauce
2 garlic cloves crushed
1 tbsp fresh ginger crushed
1/3 cup soya sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp corn starch
Method
Combine the stir fry sauce ingredients together in a small bowl and keep aside.
Preheat a wok/pan with oil over medium heat. Add in the sliced bell peppers and cook until golden brown (about 3 minutes). Remove the peppers from the pan and keep them aside.
Increase the heat up to high and add the beef strips to the pan. Cook the beef until it's golden brown.
Add the bell peppers back to the pan. Pour the sauce over the beef and peppers and cook for 2-4 minutes. Remove from heat.
Can be eaten with wraps or cases or noodles
