Pimientos de Padrón - Peppers as starters or Tapas



Ingredients

Green chillies peppers (Padrón peppers)

Olive oil

Salt

Fresh garlic

   





   

Method

It is easy to prepare. Wash and drain the peppers. Add olive oil in a pan, then add the green chilli peppers. They only need to be tossed around in plenty of olive oil till well done. Then season with salt and when done add crushed garlic if you like.
