Ingredients
600g potatoes
4 red apples
1 pip garlic
½ tsp salt
A little pepper
vegetable soup cube
100 ml water
2 tsp rosemary
400g mixed cheese half n half (fondue)
Individual baking dishes, buttered
Method
Heat the oven to 220°C.
Take a bowl - Cut potatoes into small cubes - Cut the apples in eight - Crush the garlic
Add the salt and pepper and mix all together in the bowl.
Then place the potato mix in the buttered dishes, mix the soup cube in the water. Pour the dissolved vegetable soup cube over and bake in a hot oven for 30 minutes.
Place the grated cheese in a dish and mix in the finely chopped rosemary.
Take out the potato bake top with the cheese mix and bake for another 10 minutes.
