Potato Paratha

Ingredients
2 Potatoes
1 cup Flour
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp chili flakes
1 Green chili
1 Tbsp Oil
1/3 cup water
Coriander leaves
Extra flour for dusting
Oil for the pan
Method
Boil the potatoes peel and grate them or mash them. Take a bowl and add the potatoes, then add the flour, salt, chili flakes, green chili chopped, coriander leaves chopped and the oil. Mix well then add 1/3 cup of water, and mix then make a dough rub some oil on the dough and cover and keep for 10 minutes.

Take a fry pan keep on flame and warm, Then break a piece of dough add onto a floured board and roll out in a circle. Put in the hot pan and add a bit of oil on it and around it. Fry till golden brown then turn over and fry again.

Now all your paratha’s are ready – it makes around 7 parathas – this could be eaten with anything you desire. We had it with Coconut Sambol, Beef Curry and Tempered Onion .
