Ingredients
600 ml Heavy Cream
375 g Condensed milk
30 gm of Cappuccino powder or 2 sachets
Method
Put the cream in a cold stainless steel bowl, I used Whipping Cream and then poured condensed milk into it and used a hand beater to beat it, when mixed I added the Cappuccino (I used Nescafe Praline Cappuccino) and beat it again. When increased in volume (around 1/3) I added into a freeze box and put in freezer. Freeze it overnight. Take it out the next day stir it well and put back in the freezer.
You could sprinkle a little drinking chocolate powder if you like as a decoration.
