Ingredients
1 Turkey Leg (around 500g)
½ Tbsp. Paprika
1 tsp Oregano
1.5 tsp Thyme
½ Tbsp. Parsley
1.5 tsp Rosemary
1 tsp garlic granules
1 tsp onion granules
½ tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp. Brown sugar
1 Tbsp. Soya sauce
3 Tbsp. Lime Juice or Apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. olive oil/melted butter
Method
Measure out all the ingredients into a bowl and now it is ready to apply on the turkey. Use fresh ingredients if possible. If the pieces are too large grind it to smaller pieces before use. Marinate the Turkey well and keep covered with a cling foil in fridge over-night if possible.
Whenever you are ready to bake switch on oven to 350°F/180°C. Take off the cling film, spoon over the gravy and cover the Turkey with aluminium foil and bake in an oven for around 1 hour. At around 45 minutes take off the foil so that the leg can get a nice brown colour.
