Roti another method

Ingredients

350g bread Flour

1 tsp salt

2 tsp oil

heated water















Method

Take a bowl and add the flour, salt and oil, Then add slightly warm water a little at a time and mix the flour. Do not add too much water, keep the spoon aside and mix with your hand and knead till you get a ball. cover it and keep aside for around 10 minutes.



Then make small balls with the flour and add oil on top of them keep aside for 5 minutes.

Then roll out into a square and add the filling in the middle and fold 4 sides. rub oil and keep aside till all are done.



Add the filling of your choice. I made mince beef with potato, carrot and added parsley at the end.




keep a pan on the fire and add oil, then cook the front, back and even the sides nicely.
