Russian/Condensed Milk Buttercream

This is a very easy recipe - just two ingredients Condensed Milk and Butter


Ingredients

500 g salted/unsalted Butter

1 small tin Sweetened Condensed Milk

you could add

Either add ¾ cup Nutella mix one minute or till well combined

Or ½ cup Biscoff spread or ½ cup smooth peanut butter

Or 1 tbsp warm water to 1 tbsp instant expresso or coffee granule

depending on which type of flavour you need


Method

Take a Pyrex jug and add the softened butter and beat for one minute or till well mixed. Then pour in a tin of condensed milk, mix for one minute till well combined. Then pipe on to your cake or dessert



Either add Nutella till well combined for a chocolate butter cream or coffee, biscoff or peanut butter. The choice is yours.


NB: This buttercream frosting is light, silky, fluffy, incredibly delicious, not too sweet or heavy and pipes beautifully.


** you can freeze this for around 2 months
