Sago or Tapioca pudding


Ingredients

Tapioca seeds (sago or sauw)

Jaggery is a honey collected off a tree or

a small bottle of treacle(Honey)

a little sugar

1 stick cinnamon

1 small pkt Coconut cream/milk

pinch of salt


Method

Dissolve the jaggery in coconut milk and strain, any grit will remain in the sieve. You could also use treacle instead. Then put this in a pan add the Tapioca and a little sugar, a stick of cinnamon and keep a little till the grains of the tapioca swell a bit. Then bring to the boil. add a pinch of salt to highlight the taste.
