Salmon Cakes

Ingredients

For the bake:

1 or 2 slices of Fresh Salmon

Olive oil

Pepper

Salt

2 pips Garlic

For the mix:

1 Red Pepper

1 Onions

1 cup bread crumbs

2 eggs

1 tbsp full of Mayonnaise

Pepper/salt

a sprig of Parsley

Garlic powder

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

olive oil and butter

 

Method

Pour a little olive oil on salmon then add crushed garlic salt and pepper. Bake in oven at 150°C for 20 minutes. Then take two forks and break up the salmon.



Chop the onions, chop red pepper add this to the flaked salmon add the bread crumbs beaten eggs, Mayonnaise, pepper salt, chopped parsley and garlic powder a tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce and mix all together. Take an ice cream scoop and take a scoop of salmon and flatten out on palm. Shallow fry in a bit of butter and olive oil. Serve with tartar sauce.
