Savoury Omelette


Ingredients

2 eggs

salt and pepper

1 green chili

1 onion

pieces of ham

olive oil


Method

Beat the eggs, add salt and pepper. Chop the onion into small pieces, chop the green chili and cut the ham into small pieces.


Take the pan and add a little bit of oil in each cavity and add the onion, chili and ham, when a bit fried pour in the beaten egg in to each cavity. Then flip them over to fry the other side.



This is a special pan to either make individual pancakes or omelettes
