Home made Spices for Chicken Curry

Ingredients

3 Tbsp ground/powder coriander

1 Tbsp and 1/2 tsp ground/powder cumin

3 Tbsp turmeric powder

3/4 tsp cinnamon powder

3/4 tsp Cayenne powder

3/4 tsp ginger powder

1.5 tsp black pepper powder

1.5 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp ground/powder cloves

1/4 tsp ground/powder cardamoms

salt


optional: 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg


Method

Add all of the spices to a bowl, blend in a food processor to ensure good even mixing. Add this mixture into a jar and store in your pantry. (This will keep for around 6 months)



This various according to the curry powder you wish to have.


This curry powder is not too spicy and can be eaten by most people!!
