Stir Fried Basil Chicken

Ingredients


2 Chicken Breasts

2 Thai Chili

3 cloves Garlic

1 tbsp Light soya sauce

1 tbsp Dark Soya sauce

1 tbsp Oyster Saucer

1 tbsp Fish sauce

1 tbsp Sugar

¼ cup Chicken stock

A few Basil leaves

Oil for frying

 





Method

Wash and cut chicken into chunks.

Take a bowl and add all the sauces and mix together. In another bowl mix the chicken stock with water.

Crush Garlic and slice green or red chili which ever you have into small pieces.

Put oil in a fry pan or wok. On high heat fry the chunks of chicken till golden brown. Then add the crushed garlic and sliced chili. Fry till you get the smell of the garlic being fried.

Then pour in the sauces and chicken stock and lastly add the Basil leaves.

Et Voila you stir fried chicken is ready!!

 Can be eaten with hot Jasmin rice and a fried egg.
