Ingredients
For the Crust
32 (330g) Oreo cookies
1/2 cup (110g) butter, melted
For the Chocolate Filling
7 oz (200g) milk chocolate
3.5 oz (100g) dark or bittersweet chocolate
7 oz (200 ml) heavy cream
300 g Fresh Strawberries cut in half refrigerate for 2 hrs
Method
Put Oreos into food processor and crush add the melted butter into this and when it comes together pour into the dish and smash down with spoon. Put in freezer till the filling is prepared.
Place cream in a saucepan over low heat and warm do not boil. Break the chocolate into pieces in a bowl and add the cream over and keep for 1 minute then stir till chocolate has melted.
Pour over base, then put in strawberries cut in half as shown, place in fridge - when set top with either toasted almond flakes, pistachios or grated white chocolate. Refrigerate at least for two hours.
This can be eaten with a strawberry puree to - just pour over the strawberry dessert!
