Ingredients
250 g fresh strawberries
150g of icing sugar
2 tsp of lime juice
2 dl or 200 ml of full cream
Method
Puree the strawberries, icing sugar and lime juice, add this to the cream and keep to cool.
Prepare the ice cream machine – add the vodka in the bottom of the ice cream maker, then place the removable bucket start the motor and let run for 5 minutes. Then add the cooled ice cream mix in and let the ice cream mix turn, once the sound changes and the blades turn in the opposite direction the ice cream is ready for the freezer.
