Stuffed Capsicum Chillies


Ingredients

6 Capsicum chillies

1 Tinned fish

1 Onions

2 Green chillies

Salt, chilli powder to taste

Tomato pieces or tomato sauce

A little oil


Method

Wash and slit the capsicums in the centre and remove the seeds.


Take the tin fish, drain the juice out and smash the tin fish, chop the onions fine, chop the green chilies and add all into the fish mix and add taste to your liking. Add this stuffing into each slit in the capsicum.


Take a fry pan add a little oil and put in the capsicums and fry till golden on each side carefully turning over. Then add the tomato pieces or sauce. Or you can even have it dry or keep extra sauce to make a curry.





NB: Please note that you can add any filling of your choice, it can be plain onion and Maldives fish with green chillies, lime and salt.
