Ingredients
a packet of Tortilla wrappers
2 potatoes
1 tin of green peas
salt to taste
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp unroasted curry powder
a little bit of oil
1 pkt. of cheese slices
a little flour and water
Method
Boil and cube the potatoes, Drain the green peas, Then put a little oil in a fry pan and add in the potatoes and peas, salt, curry powder, chili powder and mix together.
Cut the cheese into triangles. Take a tortilla wrap and cut in half. then place a triangle of cheese on the base of the tortilla wrapper.
Fold it over to make a triangle and like a pocket. fill the pocket with the filling. as shown in the photos below. Fill with filling and make a paste with flour and water and stick the edges of the triangle, then shallow fry.
