Vanilla Ice Cream (no cooking and no eggs required)

Ingredients

4 Cups half and half cream

1/2 cup heavy cream

3/4 cups white sugar

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 pinch salt




You would need:

Ice cream making machine (table top)

Keep freezer bowl in freezer for 8 hrs, covered in a bag so your fingers do not stick in the frozen bowl.


Tip: and if it does get stuck onto the bowl, never pull it out, keeping against the bowl and for your body heat it will loosen. if you try to pull it your finger will get wounded!


Method

Combine half-and-half, cream, sugar, vanilla and salt in a jug and pour whilst freezer container of ice cream maker is rotating. Scoop out with rubber spatula and Freeze.


NB: You can add coffee or mint or fresh fruits or any flavour if you so desire.
