Vegetable Lasagne (in my electric skillet or salad master)


Ingredients

a bunch of Spinach

Lasagne pastry sheets (Uncooked)

2 Bell peppers

2 Carrots

2 Onions

Tomatoes puree/Sauce

White sauce

Grated cheese


Method

Lay the lasagne(Uncooked) sheets at the bottom of the skillet. Add the spinach on top and then add the diced carrots, bell pepper, onions diced, tomato, white sauce and grated cheese. Then top with another layer of lasagne sheets. Then repeat the vegetable, tomato puree, white sauce and finally cover with grated cheese.


Set skilled to 235° when it goes click click lower the heat to 70° and its cooked in 15 minutes.


NB: don't put spinach at the bottom it sticks to the pan.


NB: You could do the same method in a Pyrex dish in the oven. Temp 190C° for 25 minutes.

cover with foil whilst baking and remove foil and cook for 25 minutes and then remove foil add some more cheese on top and bake for a further 2 minutes or till browned on top.
