Ingredients
50 g butter
50 g sugar
1 pinch salt
100 g flour
2 eggs beaten lightly
1 tsp lime juice

Method
Take a bowl and mix together all ingredients to make a paste. Warm Waffle basket pan and then add a spoon full of mixture to the base and close. When the green light comes on or in 3 minutes, take the basket out with the aid of a spatula provided.
You can make savoury or sweet baskets. To this mixture you could add chili powder/flakes and fill the baskets with salad or Tuna Fish flaked with peppers etc.
