This cake was made with a layered Chocolate cake, sandwiched together with butter cream icing and covered with butter cream icing. I placed a wine glass on top of the icing mound. Then I melted some chocolate and warmed strawberry jam and added a spoon full from inside the glass to keep pouring down the cake for the red wine.
