Ingredients
4 Wood Apple Fruits (divul gedi)
Jaggery or Kitul honey
Salt to taste
Coconut milk
boiled Water
Method
Cut the wood apples with a knife or giving it a pat with a small hammer, when the shell moves apart drop in the wood apple into a blender, add water, honey a little coconut milk and whisk till all seeds cannot be seen or you can strain it.
Pour into a dish to cool and serve in bowls or glasses. It can be had as a dessert a bit thicker or as a drink.
