Yogurt dessert

from my sis in law Kalyani Goonetilleke


Ingredients

I tin condensed milk

500 ml yogurt 1 tbsp gelatine

Can of any fruit-e.g.-peaches


Method

Beat well the yogurt & add condensed milk. Keep beating whilst dissolving the gelatine in the fruit syrup (Heated) Then mix into the beaten yogurt. Add a bit of lemon rind & pour into a flat bowl. Leave to set in refrigerator. When set arrange fruit on top. Simple & tasty!!!!!
