Baked Sausage Roll ring

Ingredients

Hot dog Sausages

Sheet of rectangular flaky pastry

(either made at home or shop bought)

Either a tin of baked beans

Or homemade onion gravy


Method

Cut the flaky pastry into rectangles, place the sausage in the middle so that the sides are out of the pastry. Cut in half and place in a round baking dish

With the cut half facing the top. Keep filling the circle with enough space to put either a bowl or able to pour some baked beans into the centre or onion gravy. Bake at 220C for 35 mts


Pull apart and dip into the sauce.
