Coffee Jelly


Ingredients

3 cups of cold water

4 tbsp gelatine powder

3 tbsp sugar

2 tbsp instant coffee

1 cup boiling water


Method

Put water in a pan, add gelatine and bring to a boil, take off fire and add sugar and stir till dissolved.



Add the coffee into a cup and stir in some hot water, mix and fill the cup up to the brim. Add this too to the gelatine mix and put into a dish once cold and keep in fridge to set.



You can eat this jelly with coffee ice cream, Praline Cappuccino ice cream or cream.


NB. This Jelly is not sweet since you have to eat it with ice cream, but If you want sweeter jelly add some more sugar.
