Coriander Leaf Sambal



Ingredients

1 bunch Coriander leaves

1 cup Fresh Coconut/Desiccated coconut

1 or 2 green chillies

Lime juice to taste

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

a little bit of water







Method

Wash the Coriander leaves and cut off the stalks. Add a handful of fresh grated coconut. Put into a grinder all the ingredients, add lime juice, salt and pepper to taste. Add a little bit of water to blend it if you want it more like a paste/Chutney


et voila!! A real rice puller!!
