Ingredients
2 Slices Salmon with or without skin
a tablespoon of oil
pepper salt
Lemon Juice
Yellow and Red Bell Peppers
Creamed Leeks see Recipe here.

Method
Wash and marinate your Salmon, with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Wash and slice the bell peppers.
Put the oil in a fry pan and fry the peppers till they turn golden, take out and place on a dish. Then place the salmon pieces carefully, and fry on all sides till golden, carefully turn over, then add cut tomatoes and close pan with a lid.
Plate up with a layer of creamed Leeks and carefully place the salmon piece on top, add the peppers and tomatoes to the side. Sprinkle pepper and salt and place the lemon slices on the salmon.
