Iced Coffee

Iced Coffee - this makes around 10 glasses

Ingredients

1 tin small condensed milk

2 tablespoons sugar

1.5 tins iced water (measured from empty condensed milk tin)

4 tbsp Instant Coffee or Nescafe

a little warm water

2 tbsp Vanilla essence

2 tbsp Brandy (Optional)

Method

Take a big jug or container. Dissolve 4 tsp of Nescafe in warm water. Then add the condensed milk and wash out the tin, add the vanilla essence and the brandy. Stir well and keep in fridge till needed.
