Ingredients
4 lasagne sheets
Packet of Spinach
3 coloured peppers
Cubed zucchini
Béchamel sauce - recipe attached
Grated cheese
Tomato paste or puree
Pepper powder
You can use whatever left over vegetable you have.
Method
At the base of the dish line with Spinach on top of that place 2 sheets of uncooked lasagne, cut the peppers into cubes and put a layer of pepper and cubed zucchini. Then cover with béchamel sauce and again layer with Spinach, uncooked lasagne, peppers, zucchini and top off with béchamel sauce, tomato puree and cover with grated cheese and back at 180°C (moderate oven ) for around 30 minutes.
