Make a 8 inch sponge cake, cut it in two and layer it with strawberry flavoured pink butter cream icing and cover with pink colour butter cream icing - add a few drops of red colouring into the white butter cream icing and pipe Rosettes, (for this you can use a 1M icing nozzle) and on top of the cake place home made chocolates filled with different centres. ( this recipe will be provided on a later date)
