this recipe is for 4 persons

Ingredients
300 g Carrots
300 g broccoli
500 g Chicken breasts
Oil for cooking
1/2 tsp salt
3 cm Ginger
1 red or green chili
2 pips of garlic minced
1/4 tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Cornflour
225 ml water
100 ml Teriyaki sauce
1 tsp rice vinegar
1/2 tsp Liquide Honey
Method
Peel and cut the carrots in strips. Cut the broccoli in small bouquets. I did not use broccoli since my husband does not like it.
Wash the breasts and then cut into around 2 cm pieces.
Grind the ginger and the garlic. Slice the green chili fine. Mix the cornflour in the water add in the teriyaki sauce, rice vinegar and the honey and keep in another bowl.
Take either a wok or heavy bottom saucepan, add in the oil when hot add the pieces of chicken and cook for 6 minutes. Put this into a dish and add salt on it.
Into the same saucepan add some more oil and add the carrots. fry for 7 minutes. Then add in the ginger, garlic, chili and salt and stir it a bit. Then add in the liquid which you mixed and kept aside in a bowl. lower the fire and cover and cook for around 8 minutes stirring from time to time. Add in the chicken and let simmer for around 2 minutes.
This can be eaten with Basmati rice/Yellow rice and Fresh onion leaf sambal
