Ingredients
Either a chocolate cake,
or sponge cake
Fresh mango or tin of mango slices in syrup
or stewed mangoes
Mango Puree
Method
make either one of the cakes, if you want to add fresh pieces of mango into your cake wrap it in a little flour so that it does not sink to the bottom of your cake. Cut fresh mango pieces and place on top of the icing depending on what type of cake you make. I made chocolate butter cream icing.
To make a Mango puree, cut a mango into slices and put 2 TBSP sugar and keep on fire. when Mango has broken down and slightly thick you have your mango - you can use this to rub in between your two cake slices.
