A stack of pancakes
A filling for the centre with fish filling
Method
Layout each pancake on a plate, put a spoonful of fish filling in the centre and roll it up. Do this till all the pancakes are used up.
Take a Pyrex dish and place the pancakes inside and cover with a little cheese and tomato sauce. Then pour the white sauce over and cover with cheese and blobs of butter and bake at 180°C till browned on top.
